I took a quick break from the usual today.
This is my ICT project.
It is a digital painting in the style of Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel. I chose this subject because I wanted it to be interesting and possibly mildly amusing, and parodies are jokes without inspiration.
I used a neat program called Autodesk Sketchbook Pro and a Wacom Pen + Touch tablet to complete this, which took about 4 hours. The rough sketch (which I did on paper) took about 20 minutes, the outline took maybe another hour and the colouring and details took a shade under 3 hours.
I'm pretty happy with it, though I'm not sure about the background colour. Tell me what you think!
